The Nk’Mip Cellars were designed by Robert MacKenzie, a Penticton-based architect with a passion for celebrating the Okanagan character and advancing sustainable practices. The Cellars are as much about the people who visit and tour it as the building itself, offering a memorable and pleasurable experience that provides a powerful insight into our way of life. Nestled in our vineyard overlooking the town of Osoyoos, the Cellars include a world-class restaurant offering a locally sourced and lavishly prepared menu enjoyed on our expansive patio and enhanced by spectacular views of the lake and surrounding hills.
WINESHOP TASTINGS
Nk’Mip Cellars is the first Indigenous-owned and-operated winery in North America. Explore our heritage and our commitment to making quality VQA wines by enjoying a selection of wines from our Winemaker’s Series and our premium Qwam Qwmt (which translates to “achieving excellence”) reserve.
Our distinctive wineshop is open for your enjoyment daily. Take your time and browse our unique selection of local Indigenous artisan merchandise and wine-and food-related products.

The Four Food Chiefs; Bear, Salmon, Bitterroot and Saskatoon berry, represent the key elements of Indigenous Cuisine. Discover the Legend of the Four Food Chiefs and experience the art of food and wine pairing with Nk’Mip Cellars award-winning wines and specially prepared Four Food Chief inspired food bites.

PRIVATE GROTTO TASTING EXPERIENCE

$75 per person
Enjoy a private vineyard tour followed by a tasting in our exclusive Grotto overlooking our Red Barrel room. You'll enjoy a special selection of five library wines from our Qwam Qwmt and Mer'r'yim Series served in varietal specific glassware while seated at our Grotto tasting table. Limited quantities of these specially selected wines will be available for purchase after your experience.
Experience fee is $75 per person and is non-redeemable.

Join us on our outdoor patio and enjoy Chef Kenny Dia's seasonally inspired creations in a picturesque location, with fresh Farm-to-Table innovations.
We are pleased to serve Lunch on our outdoor patio daily Spring, Summer and Fall and in our indoor Knowledge Keepers Lounge in the Winter.
As patio service is outdoors only; outdoor seating is weather permitting. If the weather is inclement we have limited seating available in our private indoor Knowledge Keeper's Lounge.
